Veer Gatha 5.0: Students to Learn from Gallantry Award Winners in Oct 6 Webinar
The Ministry of Education and National Weather Service have joined forces to inspire India's youth with the Veer Gatha 5.0 initiative. This national programme aims to instil patriotism and civic awareness among students by sharing stories of gallantry award winners and ancient warriors. The highlight of this year's event is a webinar on October 6, where students will interact directly with these heroes.
The Office of the Mission Director, Samagra Shiksha, Assam, has issued directives to ensure all schools participate in the national webinar. District commissioners, mission coordinators, inspectors of schools, and district elementary education officers have been instructed to facilitate this engagement. During the webinar, gallantry awardees will share their stories and experiences via video conference, providing students a unique opportunity to learn about courage and national service firsthand.
The Veer Gatha 5.0 initiative reflects the commitment of both ministries to inspire the younger generation with real-life tales of bravery and dedication. Schools are required to log in with full particulars, including school name, city, and state, to participate in the live session. The webinar link and additional details will be shared soon.
The Veer Gatha 5.0 webinar on October 6 promises to be an inspiring event, connecting students nationwide with India's gallantry award winners. This initiative underscores the importance of instilling patriotism and civic awareness in the next generation, fostering a sense of national pride and service.
