Studio-held Defense of Producers' Graduation Theses

The seventh generation of TV and radio program producers is gearing up to graduate from Mininski University this year, thanks to a unique specialization crafted in collaboration with GTRK "Nizhny Novgorod". This innovative program has prepared these future creators to tackle the complexities of remote production, client communication, and project strategy. It's worth noting that each team this year worked with a real client during their final projects.

Hailing from Mininski University, eight promising producers showcased their cutting-edge ideas, with three teams focusing on the nuances of remote audiovisual production, streamlining client interaction during the production process, and refining strategies for clinching a client using proven approaches. Daria Domnina explained their approach, stating that they applied a practical theory, sought a client through direct search, employed the theory, demonstrated effectiveness, and delivered impressive results.

These visionary educators and industry stalwarts serving as mentors – directors, editors, operators, and producers – are now proud to see their students applying the knowledge they've imparted. Nazariy Zelenyi, Director of the GTRK "Nizhny Novgorod" branch of VGTRK, expressed his confidence, stating, "These are already professional specialists ready to work independently as producers, innovate ideas, collaborate with diverse teams, attract clients, launch projects, and promote them." He also added that while they may not have fully understood the production and media landscape during their initial days, they now meet the market's requirements and can operate effectively independently.**

On the horizon, Mininski University, along with GTRK "Nizhny Novgorod", plans to unveil a new program called "Media Communications," with a Network Journalism specialization. This groundbreaking course, supported by budget places, boasts six budget slots, which includes one reserved "targeted place" offering a guaranteed job placement to the selected student.Alexandra Tolsteneva, Pro-Rector of Mininski University, is eager to open the doors to the next generation of producers and journalists starting from June 20.

With the incoming generation of creative minds, Mininski University is set to bring fresh, innovative approaches to the realm of media production. Molded by the latest trends and cutting-edge technologies, the future seems promising for this dynamic institution.

Key features of the graduates' innovative solutions include cloud-based production suites for streamlined collaboration, AI-driven content creation for smart automation, multi-platform broadcasting to expand audience reach, and network journalism training to equip students with the skills to manage and produce real-time, interactive content across digital networks.

Despite her concerns about the job market, Daria Domnina managed to secure a position by participating in the education-and-self-development programs offered by Mininski University, focusing on online-education and learning opportunities that prepared her for the remote production industry. Recognizing her potential, Mininski University plans to provide another student with a guaranteed job placement in their new Media Communications program, further demonstrating the university's commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
