Case in point, the remarkable forum that happened earlier this year in three pulsating cities - Chita, Norilsk, and Murmansk. Over a whopping four weeks, lucky students, learners, and young professionals from the company's territories plunged headfirst into the vibrant world of future professions.

Speakers included the dynamic Viktor Konovalov, a well-known Norilsk entrepreneur, media producer Vlad Krasavin, and others who shared their journeys, trends, and lessons learned.
The unique twist? Tween talents reimagined the ideas of the adult speakers in a lively, unconventional dialogue. participants debated which skills and values mattered most, what resonated, what raised doubts, and what could be applied immediately.

Over 170 events took place over four weeks, each catering to one of the forum's directions. This year, an impressive lineup of 102 partners joined forces to shape the program, conducting masterclasses, serving as experts, and mentoring the participants. Elena Kryuchkova, head of the charity and corporate communities department of 'Norilsk Nickel', emphasized the crucial role partners play in nurturing youth.
Navigating the forum was made a breeze with the help of artificial intelligence. A special chatbot enabled participants to complete tasks, take tests, and even compete for prizes.
