Park University names Catherine O'Sullivan as its new Director for Development and Alumni Relations
Catherine O’Sullivan, a versatile professional with a diverse work background, has been appointed as the Director of Development and Alumni Engagement at Park University, effective from April 21, 2025.
O’Sullivan's educational journey began at Fairfield University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English composition and literature. This foundation in the arts and humanities has undoubtedly contributed to her ability to communicate effectively and inspire others.
Throughout her career, O’Sullivan has demonstrated a knack for building and nurturing relationships. She served as a healthcare recruiter for PRN Healthcare from May 2022 to July 2023, and as a talent acquisition adviser for Imperial PFS from November 2021 to March 2022. Prior to owning Remix KC, a boutique store in Kansas City, Mo., from 2019-21, she was the manager of individual giving for the Kansas City Symphony from 2017-19.
In the realm of education, O’Sullivan has held significant roles. From 2008-12, she served as the Director of Alumni and Constituent Relations at UMKC. Later, she took on the role of Director of Advancement with the University of Missouri - Kansas City’s School of Medicine from 2012-16.
