The government's broader strategy includes attracting more international students, with the goal of increasing the number of foreign students from the current 31,500 in 2024 to 100,000 by 2028. The Ministry of Science and Higher Education, led by Sayasat Nurbek, is actively implementing this strategy, as announced on his Telegram channel.
