In this role, the successful candidate will be tasked with driving growth, scaling the paid community, and filling cohorts and workshops. This involves creating high-conversion funnels, writing persuasive copy, and leveraging content and events for lead generation.
Key Qualifications
- Proven track record of filling cohorts, scaling workshops, or maximising webinars with measurable results.
- Strong copywriting ability.
- Rigorous UTM discipline.
- Analytical mindset with fluency in GA4, Looker, PostHog, or similar tools, plus strong spreadsheet skills.
- 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing for consumer education, subscription, or community-based products.
- Preferred, but not essential, qualifications include:
- Exposure to affiliate marketing operations.
- Familiarity with crypto and Web3 ecosystems.
- Experience growing Discord communities.
- Proficiency in YouTube performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with PostHog, BigQuery, Looker, or Webflow.
