Indore, India - Business owners, chartered accountants, and dignitaries from across India and abroad gathered to witness the launch of the debut book by CAs Vishnu and Prakhar Gupta, titled "How the Wealthy Borrow to Win - Strategies for raising capital and debt management." The event, held recently in Indore, attracted over 400 guests from multiple cities in India and abroad.

The book, penned by CA Vishnu Gupta, with over 30 years of experience in funding and strategic financial guidance, and CA Prakhar Gupta, an All India Ranker in CA, IIM Indore Executive alumni, and former EY associate, offers practical and mindset-changing insights into capital raising and debt management tailored for entrepreneurs and business professionals.

The book focuses on unveiling the strategies used by wealthy entrepreneurs to raise capital confidently, emphasizing how debt can be used as a growth lever rather than a distress signal. CA Vishnu Gupta brought deep insights into funding as a matter of clarity, timing, and trust beyond mere documents. CA Prakhar Gupta contributed a fresh perspective on financial strategy, simplifying lender logic, breaking common myths, and introducing structured thinking around capital.

The launch event included a ceremonial unveiling, keynote speeches decoding these capital-raising strategies, and acknowledgments to mentors and collaborators. Notable speakers at the event included Shri Suresh Prabhu, India's former Union Minister across Railways, Power, Commerce, and Civil Aviation, and Shri Vinod Agrawal ji, Managing Director, Agrawal Coal Corporation.

The book has already been endorsed by business and financial luminaries such as Dilip Suryavanshi, Dilip Buildcon, Manoharlalji Agrawal, Haldiram's, Padma Shri CA T.N. Manoharan, and Brij Mohan Sharma. The authors invited India's entrepreneurs to see finance as a mindset shift, encouraging them to design debt with foresight.

The evening concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, marking the end of a successful event. The book, "How the Wealthy Borrow to Win," equips ambitious founders to raise funds smartly, ethically, and effectively with the help of case studies, checklists, and mental models.
