Krasnodar Mandates 'Games with Fire' Docu for Students to Fight Radicalization
The Krasnodar Regional Department of Education and Science has mandated the screening of the documentary film 'Games with Fire' to students and pupils across the Krasnodar region during the 2022/2023 academic year. The film, a collaboration between GTRK 'Kuban' and law enforcement agencies, aims to warn young people about the dangers of radical groups and terrorist activities.
High school and college students in the region have already watched the documentary, which tells real stories of teenagers entangled in terrorist activities. The film leaves a lasting impression on viewers, prompting them to analyze the characters' actions and consider how they might react in similar situations. After the screening, Anna Minkova, the acting vice-governor of the Krasnodar region, led a discussion with students. She emphasized the tragic consequences of young people's desire for easy money and discussed ways to resist manipulation by terrorists, proper reactions to illegal propositions, and personal safety measures. By the end of the academic year, it is planned that all high school students and students in the region will have seen the film.
The documentary 'Games with Fire' serves as a stark warning to young people about the perils of radicalization and the importance of making informed decisions. Through its powerful storytelling and community discussions, the film aims to help students build a worthy and happy life, free from the influence of dangerous groups.
