FEFU Launches Sixth 'Master in Public Administration' Cohort for Far East & Arctic Leaders
Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) has kicked off the sixth intake of its 'Master in Public Administration' program. This initiative aims to cultivate a community of leaders capable of driving the development of the Far East and Arctic regions. The 14-month program, supported by a presidential grant, seeks to enhance participants' management competencies and open new career opportunities in state management and territorial development.
The program is designed for managers with at least two years of experience in state or municipal service, or a total of four years in management. It consists of 12 modules, combining academic learning, expert practitioner insights, and business training from across Russia. Participants will have individual plans for professional and personal development.
The competitive selection process involves a questionnaire and quick interview, an essay and test, a qualification check, and an interview with the program director. Upon completion, participants will gain modern management competencies applicable to key regional and national tasks, enhancing their personal effectiveness.
The 'Master in Public Administration' program aligns with the objectives of the presidential national project 'Kadry' and is supported by the Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Far East. With the sixth intake now underway, the program continues to empower regional leaders, fostering independent decision-making and driving the development of the Far East and Arctic regions.
